Hit record
on the life you're building.
A private video journal for the goals you're actually chasing. 30 seconds a day, one daily video diary entry per journey — and in a year you'll have a movie of who you became, while everyone else forgets who they used to be.

Three taps from thinking about it to doing it.

Pick a goal. Name the journey.
Run a 5K. Learn guitar. Morning meditation. Every goal gets its own journey, so your goal tracking never turns into one undifferentiated pile of clips.
- Unlimited journeys
- Rename or archive any time
- No setup wizard, no account

Hit record. That's the whole ritual.
A countdown starts, you talk for half a minute, it saves. No caption to write, no mood dropdown, no blank page staring back at you — just say it out loud and move on with your day.
- Countdown before rolling
- One-tap camera flip
- Optional daily reminder, your chosen time

Your streak, in faces — not numbers.
The day grid fills in with your own face, one tile per day. It's a habit tracker you can't lie to, because the evidence is a video of you actually doing it.
- Live streak counter
- Filter by journey
- Tap any day to replay it
Your videos never leave your phone.
Recordings are written straight to your device's private app storage. There is no upload, no cloud backup, no sync server, and no account to sign into — the app simply has no code path that sends a video anywhere.
We'd rather show you the whole ledger than make a vague promise:
- Every video you record
- Your camera roll & microphone input
- Journey history and streaks
- Anything you can replay in the app
- Anonymous usage events (screens opened, streak length)
- Purchase validation, if you upgrade
Never a video, never audio. Read the full privacy policy.
Miss a day and you'll see it. That's the point.
Every journey gets a day grid. Filled tiles are days you showed up and recorded; gaps are days you didn't. It's the fastest honest read on a habit you'll ever get — no charts, no scores, no streak math to interpret.
Go on — tap the tiles and break your own streak.
A video journal built for the habit, not the highlight reel.
One goal, one journey
Create a journey for every goal you're chasing, and record a short video check-in each day you show up for it. Your 5K training never gets mixed in with your guitar practice.
Streaks that keep you honest
A day grid for every journey shows exactly how consistent you've been — no guessing, no spreadsheets.
Local-first by design
Your recordings are written to your device and stay there. No cloud, no account, no upload — the app has no path to send a video anywhere.
Built for the habit, not the highlight reel
Countdown recording, quick camera flip, and filter cards make daily check-ins fast enough that you'll actually keep doing them.
Questions before you hit record
Where are my video journal entries actually stored?
In your app's own storage directory on the device — nowhere else. There's no cloud bucket, no sync server, and no account tied to your entries. Nothing you record is uploaded.
Does Jourvelope work offline?
Yes. Recording, playback, journeys and streaks all work with no connection at all. The app only uses the network for anonymous product analytics and to validate a purchase if you upgrade — never to move your recordings.
Can I back up or export my entries?
Yes — Settings has an export that bundles your entries so you can copy them wherever you like. Because everything is local by design, keeping your own backup is worth doing.
What happens to my videos if I uninstall the app?
They go with it. Entries live in the app's storage directory, so uninstalling deletes them permanently and there is no server-side copy to restore from. Export first if you want to keep them.
Is there an iPhone version?
Not yet — Jourvelope is Android only for now, and needs Android 8.0 or newer.
How do I get it?
Jourvelope is on Google Play — head to the store listing for current availability and pricing in your region.
Day 1 is the hardest.
It's also 30 seconds long.
Start a journey tonight, record one entry, and let the day grid do the rest. A year from now you'll have something no habit tracker can give you — footage.
