The 30-day video journal challenge
Thirty days, thirty short videos, one prompt for each. At the end, put Day 1 next to Day 30 and watch both.
How it works
- Pick one goal or area of life to focus on. One is enough.
- Record once a day,15 to 60 seconds, answering that day's prompt.
- Don't edit or re-record. Awkward is fine. Awkward is the point on Day 1.
- Missed a day?Skip it and do today's. Never two in a row.
- Look back on Days 7, 14, 21 and 30. Those days tell you to.

After Day 30
Watch Day 1, then Day 30. Then decide: stop, continue the same journey, or start a new one for what comes next. If you want more prompts, the prompt generator draws from 75 of them. For keeping it going long-term, see how to stay consistent with a video journal.
