Delete your data

The short version. Jourvelope has no accounts — every video, goal, and streak lives only on your device. Delete it all instantly from inside the app, no waiting and no email required. Nothing is ever uploaded, so there is nothing on our servers to delete.

1. Delete everything from your device

You have two options, and either one is immediate and permanent:

In the app (recommended) — Open Jourvelope, go to Settings, and tap Clear all data. This permanently deletes every recording, goal, journey, streak, and preference stored on your device.
Uninstall the app — Removing Jourvelope from your device deletes everything it stored, the same way uninstalling any Android app does.

Since your videos and journal data are never uploaded anywhere, deleting them on your device is the complete deletion — there is no separate copy on a server to also remove.

2. Anonymous analytics and subscription records

Jourvelope has no accounts, so there is no personal record tied to your name or email to delete. The app does send anonymous, device-scoped identifiers to two services:

PostHog, for anonymous usage analytics — see their privacy policy for how long they retain data.
RevenueCat, for verifying an active Jourvelope+ subscription — see their privacy policy for retention details.

Because these identifiers aren't linked to your name, email, or any identity, we have no way to look up and delete a specific individual's entries on request. See our Privacy Policy for more detail on exactly what each service receives.

3. Cancelling a Jourvelope+ subscription

Important. Clearing app data or uninstalling Jourvelope does not cancel an active Google Play subscription. Google Play requires you to cancel it yourself, or it will keep billing you until the end of the current period.
